Exchanges & Returns: Because our items are handmade and often one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

Sizing Issues: For clothing, if a size doesn’t work out, we’re happy to exchange for another size (if available). Buyer is responsible for shipping.

Custom Orders: All custom orders are final sale.

Shipping: Orders ship from Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi within 5–7 business days. We’ll provide tracking once your package is on its way. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the carrier.
